Information for use

Members / Benefits

  • - This shopping mall is run on a membership basis.
    - All services are free to use with no subscription fees, monthly payments, annual payments, etc.
    - Newly signed-up members will be paid e-money.

Order / Payment

  • - The process of ordering products is as follows: place the product in the shopping bag > log in through membership ID or order as a non-member > write down order form > select payment method and pay > complete the order.
    - Only orders processed through deposits without a passbook can be canceled at My Page > Order History. Please go to Customer Center > Q&A for orders processed through other means of payment.
    - Please write down or remember the order number when ordering as a non-member.


  • - The delivery fee is KRW 3,000, but for purchases of KRW 50,000 or higher, the delivery fee is free.
    - The delivery is expected to take 2-5 days after the payment. (This excludes Sundays, statutory holidays, and extreme weather)
    - Delivery may be delayed for up to one week when there are too many orders placed or when there is a delay in the restock of the product. Such cases will be notified in advance.

Exchange and Refund Policy

  • - Products may be refunded only within seven (7) days of the receipt of the product.
    - After entering all information on the exchange and refund request page, please go to the post office and send us the product with the option of payment on delivery.
    - If the delivery fee has been paid through prepayment or if the product has been delivered without charges, a delivery fee of KRW 5,000 will be charged as the total payment of the initial purchase is refunded.
    - Please transfer the delivery charges of exchange and refund to the HanaBio Food bank account with the ordering person’s name.
    - Our policy determines that in case of defective products or misdeliveries, we shall exchange such items with an identical product. In such a case, any extra fees charged by the post office will be compensated by the company. However, an extra delivery fee could be charged when requesting an exchange with another product or exchange with an identical product with a different option (e.g. size, color) may not be compensated by the company.
    - The actual color of products may differ according to the display of the devices (e.g. PCs, smartphones). Delivery fees that are charged when requesting for exchange or refund shall be paid by the customer.
